Duke Stewart writes literary short fiction. His stories have appeared in many magazines, including Cimarron Review, Puerto del Sol, Passages North, Shenandoah, Permafrost, The Penmen Review and Bellevue Literary Review.
His honors include an award for Best Story–Fiction from the Kansas Arts Council, a Rising Star grant for literature from the Georgia Council for the Arts, and several Pushcart Prize nominations, most recently from Jet Fuel Review.
